What do you need:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 250g rolled oats
- 150ml almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 lemon zest grated
How to make it:
Blend the oats until they turn into a flour, add and blend the rest of the ingredients into a fairly thick batter.
Preheat the frying pan and pour a spoonful of batter, than add a bit more once the pancakes starts to make shape. Fry them for 1-2 min on each side and have fun stacking.
These pancakes stay fresh for the whole next day and make a great snack on the go.
