Hello and welcome!

The recipes you will find here are all designed to make your life easier and more delicious.

Most of them require just a several ingredients and 15 to 30 minutes to make regardless of what chef skills you may have. The food I make is based on vegetables, fruits, whole grains and legumes. No highly processed food. No animal products. No gluten and no processed sugar.

What these recipes do have, though are loads and loads of the most delicious flavors!

And the flavors are what this blog is all about, as I’m sharing here my personal quest for new and exciting plant based flavors, aromas and textures.

I’m still immersed in this process of searching for simple, fun and healthy choices to make my life a bit sunnier and lighter, more of a play and less of a chore. Without me having to flee to the top of a mountain and meditate all day long. Oh yes, I actually entertained that option for a while. Sadly it didn’t prove to be very efficient for me. So what I’m interested in is what we can do for ourselves right here and right now with whatever resources we have. I hope this blog will inspire you to spice up and brighten your day too.
