The recepies you will find here are delicious, easy and quick to make. Most of them require just a several ingredients and 15 to 30 minutes to make regardless of what chef skills you may have. The food I make is based on vegetables, fruits, whole grains and legumes in its natural form. No highly processed food. No animal products. No gluten and no processed sugar.

What these recipes do have, though are loads and loads of the most delicious flavours!

And flavours are what this blog is all about. Journaling about my personal quest for flavours, aromas and textures on my way to a healthier lifestyle.

I’m still immersed in this exciting process of exploring simple, fun and healthy choices to make my life a bit sunnier and lighter, more of a play and less of a chore. Without me having to flee to the top of a mountain and meditate all day long. Oh yes, I actually entertained that option for a while. Sadly it didn’t prove to be very efficient for me. So what I’m interested in is what we can do for ourselves right here and right now with whatever resources we have. That is why besides the food you’ll also find yoga here along with some practical ideas that I hope will inspire you to spice up and brighten your day too.
